Wyoming Natural Gas Fair Association Policies - Terms and Conditions

What to expect from your registration as an attendee or vendor

If you are an exhibitor and pay the $425 ($225 booth rental - $200 booth attendee)  fee you my expect an 8' X 10' booth that is piped and draped.  It will be equipped with one six-foot table and two chairs.  The floor will be carpeted and electricity and wireless internet access is available.  Each exhibitor will be allowed only one (1) booth on a first come first serve basis ONLY.  No exceptions.

The attendee who pays the $200 fee may expect to receive a "gift" bag from the Gas Fair worth approximately $60, a buffet lunch on Thursday afternoon, a reception with food and an open bar on Thursday evening, and breakfast on Friday morning.  They may attend all the speakers' presentations for Thursday and Friday and view all the exhibitors' booths.

Please note:  there are NO shipping and/or handling charges involved with our website.  All actions are intangible.

Privacy Policy

Personal Information

The Wyoming Natural Gas Fair Association only collects personal information when you register as an attendee or vendor.  Registering for either option will require you to provide contact information such as your name, company name, e-mail address, etc. and financial information such as your credit card number and expiration date and/or the billing address and phone number for payments by check. This information is used to notify you of future events or to contact you regarding your attendance or booth display.  The Wyoming Natural Gas Fair Association will handle all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.  The only information that will be displayed will be your company name and number of attendees from that company.

Third Parties

Any personal information provided will not be displayed, traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of The Wyoming Natural Gas Fair Association, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement.  No affiliates of The Wyoming Natural Gas Fair Association, such as our credit card company, will NOT BE GIVEN permission to retain, share, store, use or display personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.

Security
To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure and improper use of your information, we have established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect the information we collect in accordance with our privacy policy.

Credit Card Payment

Failure to process your credit card when renting booth space or signing up as an attendee, will result in a $25.00 credit card processing fee.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

The $225 booth fee will be refunded to the exhibitor if written notice is received that the booth will no longer be needed in time to resell the booth to someone else by NOON August 31st, 2012.

The $200 personal registration fee will be refunded if written notice requesting same is received by NOON August 31st, 2012.

The Wyoming Natural Gas Fair Association reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of booths without prior notification.  If booths are increased, the vendors on the waiting list will be notified that additional booth space has become available (they will be notified in the order of registration to the waiting list),  If booth space is decreased, the booth layout will reflect the decrease at the time of booth registration for the current year.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND THE WYOMING NATURAL GAS FAIR ASSOCIATION

The network of The Wyoming Natural Gas Fair Association operated by the same or its affiliates or subsidiaries, is comprised of various Web pages. The Wyoming Natural Gas Fair Association is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.  Your use of The Wyoming Natural Gas Fair Association Web Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.  Your use of a particular The Wyoming Natural Gas Fair Association website included within the same Web Sites network may also be subject to additional terms outlined elsewhere on that website (the "Additional Terms").
