Important information for Gas Fair Exhibitors

Booth setup time: Wednesday, September 12, 2012 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.

"Tear Down" Friday, September 14^th - 12:00 Noon.

3500 pound weight limitation for equipment on ice arena floor.

Equipment MUST fit within the confines of your booth - both width and length.

A friendly reminder - ALL persons manning your booth must be registered as an attendee.

Please note: there are NO exceptions to the above stipulations - Thank you!

There is  wireless access in the Ice Arena - - it is FREE and FAST!

Exhibit hours:  Ice Arena opens @ 7:00 AM both days.  Man your booths when you please.

Exhibit until 5:00 PM Thursday - 12:00 Noon end of fair - Tear Down

If you plan to ship your equipment or displays, they should be sent in care of yourself to:
